Fifth District Prayer Requests

Good Morning Prayer Warriors:

We are commanded in 1 Timothy 2:1-3 to pray for Pastors of Churches everywhere! Will you join us as we pray for them without ceasing?

JESUS, the Rock in whom we take refuge!

We come before YOU crying out for Pastors, the angels You have placed in various vineyards to lead and direct YOUR people in the path of righteousness. We have received some alarming -- very alarming statistics about the plight of pastoral leadership. We simply ask. Would YOU divinely intervene? Pastors throughout this land and country are standing in the need of YOUR protection and YOUR wisdom and YOUR understanding! The enemy is trying to take down YOUR Church but YOUR WORD has said the gates of hell shall not prevail and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Every tongue that rises up against them, they have the power to condemn. Morever You have said touch not thy anointed and do thy prophet no harm. We pray fervently for every pastor listed below:

LORD JESUS, these were the names called out this 13th day of July, 2010 on YOUR Prayer Generals' Conference call early this morning. There are two other names that come to mind right this minute, Pastor Clinton Stancil and Minister Christine Stancil. JESUS, YOU are the banner for the peoples of each Pastor who leads, instructs and teaches. Father God, we pray Psalm 91 over each and every pastoral team. We ask as it is written in Psalm 73:24, You guide them with your counsel so that YOU receive honor. Moreover that their flesh as is written in verse 26 be strengthen and that YOU be their portion, their Rock, their banner, their Alpha and Omega, their El Sabaoth, their refuge and dwelling place.

We thank You King of Heaven for YOUR refuge and strength in times like these for our Pastors and spiritual leaders! We thank YOU LORD our maker for making a way out of no way! We praise YOU for YOUR compassion and wisdom.

In JESUS' Name we pray!
